The establishment of Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Agency (ARRA) came in line with the rational approach of Ajman Government, and the wise policy of
His Highness Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, the Ruler of Ajman and Member of the Supreme Council.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Amiri Decrees in this regard to regulate the joint ownership in real estate projects and investment buildings and, to regulate the relation between the developers of real estate projects and investment buildings in Ajman and the buyers of land and real estate units therein, as well as to solve real estate related disputes that may arise between these parties.
This aims to also enhance the Emirate's economy and boost its economic growth.
